RETURN AND REFUND POLICY PRIVACY POLICY

Thanks for shopping at La Estelar Store. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our main goal is your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with one of our products, we'll gladly issue a refund for the purchase price of the item if it is returned in new condition within 7 days of arriving at your destination. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.

If our product has the wrong size or color for you, we will exchange it for the correct product within 14 business days of the purchase date. Your item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. In the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.

Final Sale items cannot be refunded. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

If you want to request a return, simply send us an email at info@laestelar.com tell us the reason for the request and we will provide you with further instructions.

We will process the refund within 1-2 business days after we received the item/s back. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Once your return has been processed and your refund issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. We won't leave you hanging!
